Use to work there first as sales assistant, now I 'VE been the one responsible for help, the district manager came to me and asked if I' d have heard about the vacant manager. I 'm young and never been a manager, the department I 'responsible for aid m. is much larger and takes much more money. I know I 'm much more capable of doing the job. But how does the I convice her. I 'm young, not first been responsible. Any help is much appreciated! Thank you!
