One of my relative is a big financial mess and has become my responsibility to help in this. I have an agreement for the money provided. I heard that you should take the signature in a paper slave-and-white checks take 3 of cheques with borrowers sign on it. This is valid, can someone help in this? The extended family system here in India emphasizes a lot on the relationship and values, the person comes from close relatives, so that we are sucked into this.
