Having the ability to embrace diversity, and understand the rapid change is now one of the biggest factors determining success for businesses. Changes in the composition of the workforce and in the midst of conducting daily business are two key factors that must be fully considered and addressed by those responsible at all organizational levels. In particular, more women are occupying positions of management, partly due to the proliferation of trade. According to an article published in the journal of management studies (2000), online businesses are providing a sense so that more women are good managers of high level. Since businesses are still a reasonably new frontier, many are breaking the "traditional" routes to the directors or CEOs of diventanti Company. These positions were often passed from one person to another via the family and social networks, generating the "ceiling" of glass, which makes many women encountered during the 80s and 90s.
